About the event
Friends of South Croydon Rec (FoSCR) has successfully secured funding from CPRE, the countryside charity, to plant 75 meters of hedgerow on the park boundary. Not only are they beautiful, with shifting seasonal colours, but they also provide homes and corridors for wildlife.
FoSCR will lead on the planting event and support its upkeep until established, then Croydon Council will maintain it.
